Why do we always run?

Why do we run?

Why do we run everywhere we go?

If you are like me, you would be the kind of person that is always busy.

I never sit still, always have to be on the move.

If you the same as me, you would find yourself walking around in the house talking on the phone or stand and eat your breakfast!!

I shared before I like running, but I don't love it!!

But it do take me places, for instance if I arrive at a new place, I would go for a run to; one stretch my legs and two to explore.

This Chris is a wonderful introduction to 'Life's Journey.' Having been part and parcel of this journey for the past two and half years I can attest to the fact that indeed this blog will be inundated with tones of Life experiences that will in turn offer tones and tones of Life lessons.
The analogy of Chris the runner is really great, not only does it present the running bit of your lifestyle, but it also accurately carry through your attitude towards other areas of your life. Your life is a life that says never say never and never give up. What more would one ask for to learn from a life? Thanks Chris for choosing to unpack it here and let me assure you that in me you have an eager student.

Interesting question. I think part of it is our society - we have to always be on our toes in this day and age. Another part, of course, is individual. For me, running releases stress in a way no other exercise does. I run to stay sane!
